ASK.ME Games uses email-based contact across four distinct addresses. The routing matches each correspondence type to the appropriate response standard and keeps the Site’s contact infrastructure auditable.

Response time: typically 5-7 business days; longer for partnership inquiries that require commercial-side review.

For: data-protection inquiries, GDPR requests (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal), CCPA / CPRA requests, COPPA-related parental requests for children’s data deletion, questions about cookies and tracking, questions about Site data handling.
Response time: within 30 days under GDPR Art. 12(3) (extendable to 60 days for complex requests, with notification within the initial 30-day period). Within 7 days for COPPA parental requests where straightforward. Faster for clearly-formed requests where the answer is straightforward.

For: DMCA notices, counter-notices, copyright-takedown requests under EU and Italian copyright law, copyright permission requests where formal legal process is anticipated.
Response time: challenged content reviewed within 3 business days of valid notice. See DMCA for the full procedure.

For: reports of inappropriate game content, content that violates our Content Standards, problematic in-game advertising behavior, child-safety concerns about specific games or interactions, technical issues that suggest a game should be reviewed for removal.
Response time: credible reports investigated within several business days. Games receiving credible negative reports are typically taken offline pending review.
What to include in any contact
- The URL of the game or page the inquiry concerns (where applicable).
- A clear subject line that fits the category.
- Specific, factual framing.
- For privacy requests, sufficient information for us to identify the data we hold (typically minimal โ we do not maintain individual visitor profiles โ but for correspondence records, your email address is enough).
- For COPPA requests, indication that you are the parent / legal guardian and the request relates to your child’s data.
- Your country / jurisdiction where applicable.
Postal address
For formal legal correspondence requiring postal delivery, the postal address is provided through email on request from counsel. Time-zone and operating cadence
The Site is operated from Italy; correspondence handling is on a Central European Time / Central European Summer Time schedule. Responses outside Italian business days (weekends, Italian national holidays) may be delayed.
What we do not handle through these channels
- Game-specific gameplay support. If you have a problem with a specific game (it won’t load on your device, you’re stuck on a level, you can’t recover an in-game account) the right place to go is the developer’s own support channels, not ASK.ME. We do not have access to in-game systems.
- Cheat codes, walkthroughs, in-game item requests. We don’t have these. Try the developer’s site or fan communities for the relevant game.
- Game-development requests. We don’t develop games. If you want to commission a game, find a game-development studio.
- Promotional content placements pretending to be inquiries. Filtered.
- Spam, link-exchange offers, “guest post” pitches. Routinely declined.
What to do instead for game-specific issues
- For gameplay problems with a specific game: visit the developer’s home page (linked where applicable from the game’s catalog page) or the distribution-network’s support channels.
- For finding similar games: use our category navigation and search.
- For browsing recommendations: we don’t currently maintain a personalized recommendation system; the catalog and category pages are the navigation.
Why we do not have a contact form
Direct email reaches the operator without a form-handling layer; routing through addresses gives us auditable correspondence trails; and form-based contact has been historically more associated with spam and scraped contact-volume than with productive correspondence. Email also gives correspondents an artifact of their request, which matters for privacy and DMCA contexts.
